We aim to ship all orders within 8 Working days, this may vary depending on busier periods and if your order has handmade items.

(FREE UK FIRST CLASS DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30)

Your items must be returned within 14 Days (30 days for international customers) of receiving the product and must have not been worn/used. Personalised items, handmade to order items and sale items are none returnable unless your item is damaged (photographic proof must be provided). Please use the provided size guide to make sure you get the correct size for your pet.
The customer will be expected to pay for the return postage, all items are sent out first class but the customer can send this as second class (UK). For international returns all items are sent Signed and Tracked, you can chose a more affordable option available however the items will need to be returned within 30 days of when you received your items.
If you are returning your items (unless Apricot is at fault) you will be expected to cover the postage fee out of the original items purchased.

 Once we have received returned products and we are satisfied with the condition of the items, you will receive your refund within 3-8 working days (this is dependent on your banks processing time).

Handmade Items
Handmade items may take longer to post than normal items. Handmade items are made carefully and checked thoroughly to make sure your pet gets the best quality possible! Requests! If you have any special requests, e.g., the bandana sewn a different way, or something made smaller/bigger for a different animal.
