Your items must be returned within 14 Days (30 days for international customers) of receiving the product and must have not been worn/used. Personalised items, handmade to order items and sale items are none returnable unless your item is damaged (photographic proof must be provided). Please use the provided size guide to make sure you get the correct size for your pet.
The customer will be expected to pay for the return postage, this can be sent as second class (UK). For international returns all items are sent Signed and Tracked, you can chose a more affordable option available however we would recommend tracking and the parcel will need to be returned within 30 days of when you received your items.
If you are returning your items (unless Apricot is at fault) you will be expected to cover the postage fee out of the original items purchased.

Once we have received returned products and we are satisfied with the condition of the items, you will receive your refund within 3-10 working days (this is dependent on your banks processing time).
