From 23/10/2023 we will be switching our courier service from Royal Mail to Evri, we know our customers prefer Royal Mail however in recent times keeping Royal Mail as our courier is no longer feasible unless we increase postage prices massively (which we don't want to do!). Your items must be returned within 14 Days (30 days for international customers) of receiving the product and must have not been worn/used. Personalised items, handmade to order items and sale/clearance items are NONE returnable unless your item is damaged (photographic proof must be provided). Please use the provided size guide to make sure you get the correct size for your pet.
The customer will be expected to pay for the return postage. For international returns all items are sent Signed and Tracked, you can chose a more affordable option available however we would recommend tracking and the parcel will need to be returned within 30 days of when you received your items.
If you received free postage on your order and are returning all of your items (unless Apricot Official is at fault) you will be expected to cover the cost of the postage fee out of the original items purchased amount.

Once we have received returned products and we are satisfied with the condition of the items, you will receive your refund within 3-10 working days (this is dependent on your banks processing time).

Handmade items may take longer to post than normal items. Handmade items are made carefully and checked thoroughly to make sure your pet gets the best quality possible!
